ABOUT KCOUWU
The organization KCOUWU is a platform for the technician, outdoor unit workers, and other cine technicians in Malayalam film industry. The union is affiliated with FEFKA (Film Employees Federation of Kerala) with registration no: 07.15.2009. The union has its office in Kochi and 10 executive members except the boards of presidents and secretaries. It is an independent trade union focusing on the benefits and welfare of its members. Any worker who is 18 years old can join the union and their retirement age is 60.
